Kurt Landwehr

Vice President Franchise Development
Regis Corporation

Kurt has been in the Franchise Development industry for almost 20 years. He started his career at Great Clips helping that company grow from 250 units to over 2,500 during a 13-year period.  Kurt left there in 2005 and started a franchise consulting company called BrandONE Franchise Development. Over a six year period, BrandONE recruited close to 1,000 franchisees for their client companies.  In 2008 BrandONE purchased Roosters Men’s Grooming Centers, a small regional upscale men’s grooming business.  In two and a half years, Roosters recruited 70 new franchisees and added over 200 salons.  In the summer of 2011 Roosters was acquired by Regis Corp., the global leader in the hair care industry with more than 13,000 salons worldwide.  As part of the acquisition, Kurt was hired as the Vice President of Franchise Development to oversee the growth of all the Regis franchise brands.
