About Smokin’ Oak Wood-Fired PizzaThe fast casual, wood-fired pizza, Smokin' Oak Wood-Fired Pizza opened in 2009 and has been franchising since 2017. Operating with an open plan kitchen, we make our sauces from scratch, make our own dough in-house, we roast our meats in the wood-fired oven, hand chop all our veggies fresh throughout the day, and we're so fresh, we don't have freezers in our restaurants. Our self-pour taproom wall further elevates our experience by allowing Guests to peruse the taproom wall containing craft beers, wines, ciders and mixed cocktails. Guests can pour an ounce or a pint, the choice is theirs.
