To support Marco’s Pizza and its unparalleled growth trajectory, the nation’s fastest-growing pizza brand* strengthens its development team with recently appointed Chief Development Officer, Gerardo Flores, in addition to David Gladstone – VP of Construction and Paul Williams – VP of Real Estate. 

Collectively, this team boasts more than seven decades worth of experience, working for growth brands such as Jersey Mike’s, Starbucks and Tropical Smoothie Café. For Marco’s, they will lead U.S. and International growth strategies, streamlining the development process and fueling expansion.

The development team continues to find new, cost-saving opportunities to keep the initial up-front investment affordable including smaller footprints, pickup windows, tools that accelerate the new store opening process and more, creating operational efficiencies that improve the overall guest experience and grow sales.
