Positively Impacting Its Guests, Altitude Encourages Franchisees to

Altitude Trampoline Park, leading the charge in bringing active family fun to more communities across the United States, aims to provide prospects with the most fulfilling franchise experience possible through its uplifting company culture and values.

The family entertainment brand’s Jump Life? mission is the driving force that encourages its franchise system to make a positive impact on the communities their parks serve. Not only does Altitude want to inspire families to jump in and enjoy life’s most memorable moments, it wants its franchisees to reach new heights in their professional and personal development as well.

The Altitude company culture is “Work Happy!,” looking to attract franchise prospects whose values align with its own: authenticity, pride, proactivity, and young at heart energy. To achieve an atmosphere of positivity and playfulness, the brand cultivates new strategies and encourages innovation amongst its teams, including its trend-setting membership program. Altitude is one of the few family entertainment franchises that offers membership to guests, making it a great investment for families that actively play together while also creating recurring revenue streams for its franchisees.

“Our franchise owners and franchise development team members bring an active interest to the communities our brand serves, as well as valuing diversity, inclusion and equality across all our parks,” said Amy Phillips, recently promoted president of Altitude Trampoline Park. “We’re proud of the people and programs that drive the positive experience felt at all our parks. It’s wonderful to see our system continually strive to make a positive impact on their guests.”

Altitude parks provide a wonderful opportunity for children-focused, nonprofit organizations to give kids the simple pleasure of jumping around and being active in a safe, clean environment. Camp Kesem Vanderbilt, a community focused on supporting children whose parents have cancer, brought their campers to the Nashville park for their annual Teen Reunion. Hosting their reunion at Altitude gave these kids the chance to take a momentary step back from the difficulties their families face, and enjoy quality jump time with their friends.

“Giving them the time to jump around at Altitude Trampoline Park and hang out with their friends from camp, is exactly what they need every so often,” Camp Kesem Vanderbilt shared, “On Saturday, we could all see their eyes beaming, and I can’t express how happy that made our Camp Kesem community and their families.”

Foster children and their adoption recruiters are also frequent visitors to Altitude parks and one child in particular who enjoyed his time at the brand’s Phoenix park is Tommy. Tommy is a 13-year-old boy with special-needs who likes sensory and rhythmic activities like bouncing on trampolines. Also 13 is Ta’von, a foster child who enjoyed a fun time at Altitude Trampoline Park in Grand Rapids, Michigan showing off his jumping skills and sharing how he would love to do more fun activities with a forever family.

“We’re honored to serve the people and organizations actively looking to bring more play and smiles into the lives of children,” continued Phillips. “To maintain consistency across our parks, it’s crucial that we grow with franchise owners who are looking to invest in a concept that fosters personal and social growth and wellness.”
