Salata in Growth Phase with Recent Restaurant Openings

Salata in Growth Phase with Recent Restaurant Openings

Salata Salad Kitchen, the leading built-to-order salad kitchen with 90 locations, recently expanded through the opening of its newest location in Magnolia, Texas and is currently refreshing three of its San Antonio locations under the brand’s prototype. Continuing its strong growth phase, Salata is thrilled to bring its fresh favorites to new markets across the country.

The newest Salata location opened to the Magnolia community on Thursday, October 20th 2022. Salata Magnolia is the fourth location Kyle Shomburg owns and operates in Houston and the 45th Salata in the Houston metroplex overall.

Complete with full online ordering, a dedicated pickup area, delivery, as well as dine-in and catering, the new restaurant offers a variety of ways for fans to get their Salata fix. Guests can enjoy customizable, built-to-order salads and wraps, soups, organic teas, and lemonades. All fresh fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins are prepared and chopped daily in-house. With five salad bases, over 50 toppings, and 11 house-made, gluten free dressings, guests can create meals tailored to their lifestyle.

“Our new location is centrally located in the heart of Magnolia and we are looking forward to making healthy, fresh, and customizable meal options more accessible to the Magnolia community ,” said Schomburg.

Outside of the new Magnolia location, Salata’s Sonterra location in San Antonio is the first of three salad kitchens in the San Antonio area to be remodeled. Each Salata location will be updated with a completely new look and feel, which will offer the clean and fresh ambiance customers have come to associate with the salad kitchen’s menu and ingredients. Another feature guests can expect to soon enjoy at the Sonterra location is the convenience of an online ordering pickup station, similar to those found in new Salata locations.

“With online orders increasing we wanted to invest in updating these locations to meet the needs of the modern customer,” says Kasey Vanacek, Salata San Antonio franchisee. “We are thrilled about the growth and evolution of the Salata brand, as well as our ability to bring a refreshed in-restaurant experience to the San Antonio community.”

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be part of a leading restaurant brand during its franchising growth phase. With over 60 units planned for development, priority markets for future growth include appealing regions with substantial white space for expansion, such as Alabama, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida.
