Growing up in Pakistan, I watched my father succeed in retail and knew I wanted to be a business owner, too. After running other successful restaurants, I diversified my portfolio and took advantage of a growing demand for premium burgers with Wayback. I have great expectations for the future.

I see franchise ownership as the balance between independence and guidance, and Wayback Burgers nails that approach. I love the quality and taste of the food and have the autonomy to run the business my way...which just so happens to be the Wayback Way.

I started working at a different burger chain when I was 14 and ended up serving as VP of Operations for that brand. The Wayback Burgers food won me over immediately and inspired me to move to South Carolina to open a new location. I'm thankful I can put my years of experience to work to fuel my own future.

Why Wayback? The food. I loved it instantly and I wanted to sell something I believe in. Also, I knew Wayback Burgers’ culture defined by hard work and good people was a perfect fit.

I was a high school slacker forced to step up for my family at a young age. Now, stepping up for my community is what I'm able to do everyday at Wayback Burgers. I love leading in a hands-on way and serving alongside my employees.
