Wild Birds Unlimited received top honors in the retail franchise division.

The awards were announced at the 9th Annual Leadership & Development Conference hosted by Franchise UPDATE Media Group. The event was held October 3 – 5 at The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead Hotel in Atlanta. Participating franchise companies were rated based on satisfaction data collected from franchisees. Franchise Business Review surveyed thousands of franchisees representing more than 70 leading franchise brands that were in attendance. 168 Wild Birds Unlimited franchisees took part in the survey process.
