Another Einstein Bros. Bagels Opens in Florida

Restaurant in Casselberry is Third to Open in State This Year

CASSELBERRY, Fla., Dec. 18 // PRNewswire-FirstCall // -- The expansion of the Einstein Bros.(R) Bagels, a brand of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: BAGL), continued this morning, as the newest company-owned restaurant opened for business in Casselberry, Fla.

The restaurant located at 150 State Route 436 is the 12th company-owned restaurant currently open in the Orlando market. Casselberry residents are now able to choose from a selection of Einstein Bros.' famous fresh-baked bagels, delicious egg sandwiches, signature sandwiches and Darn Good Coffee(R).

"Whether they're on the way to work or want to dine with us, we look forward to getting to know the residents of Casselberry," said Steve Culbert, regional business director. "We're pleased to offer them a more convenient location to nosh on some of our craveable food and spend time with friends at a comfortable neighborhood meeting place."

Featuring more than 2,700 square feet, the restaurant seats up to 56 guests in an atmosphere that combines the energy of the local neighborhood with a tradition of great tastes, textures and aromas. For added convenience, the restaurant also offers a drive thru.

Einstein Bros.' diverse menu contains high quality offerings, including signature sandwiches, fresh baked breads, home-style soups, tempting sweets, artisan roasted coffee and award-winning bagels.
