Microtel Offers Travelers Chance at $5,000 and Free Hotel Nights

PARSIPPANY, NJ - (Marketwire - Jan 31, 2013) - Travelers looking to start off the new year right need look no further than the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham® hotel brand's "Designed for a Great Year" instant-win game and sweepstakes, in which participants can win one of thirty free night stays or a grand prize of $5,000.

To enter, travelers must visit and like the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Facebook page (www.facebook.com/microtel), where they can then enter daily for their chance to win. Entry is completed by filling out a brief online form and playing a short instant-win game based around well-known inspirational quotes. Afterwards, participants have the option to share their inspirational quote on their Facebook Wall. For every share, Microtel will donate $1 to Starlight Children's Foundation, up to $2,500. Both the sweepstakes and instant-win game are available now through March 10, 2013.

Five instant-win free night stays will be randomly given away each week for the six weeks that the sweepstakes and instant-win game are active while one grand prize winner will be selected on March 11, 2013. Free night stays will be awarded in the form of points through Wyndham Rewards, the free-to-join guest loyalty program of more than 7,000 hotels, including those under the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham brand.
