Franchise Leader Garnett Station Partners to Buy and Build 70 Massage Envy Franchise Locations

November 14, 2017 // Franchising.com // SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Garnett Station Partners (GSP) has signed a long-term agreement to own and operate 70 Massage Envy franchise locations.

This agreement is part of Massage Envy’s ongoing goal to optimize its franchise network, enhance and strengthen its national footprint to help sustain and accelerate the brand’s 15-year history of consistent growth.

A key component of that strategy is working with investors, like GSP, that have a long history in multi-unit franchise businesses with a focus on investing in and growing successful brands.

Over the next five years, GSP will purchase existing franchised locations and look to build new locations in the Arizona, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, Austin and San Antonio markets. As part of the Massage Envy store refresh program, another component of the brand’s network optimization effort, GSP will remodel the existing franchised locations that they purchase.

Massage Envy will be the fourth franchise brand in GSP’s growing portfolio, which includes Burger King, Maaco and Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen.
