Century 21 UK Launches First Discounted Franchise Campaign

May 30, 2018 // Franchising.com // One of the UK’s fastest growing property franchise networks is giving experienced local estate agents in the UK the chance to become a Century 21 UK franchisee by significantly reducing its joining fee until the end of June.

Century 21, whose UK franchise is owned and operated by property expert SDL Group, will be offering property experts the chance to operate under the well-known brand from £23,500 to just £1,000 as part of its ‘Let your Business Blossom with Century 21 UK’ campaign.

The UK franchise has experienced phenomenal growth recently and is set to open 14 more branches nationwide within the next few months has plans for further growth. Explaining more, Chris Summers, head of sales and development, says the company wants to make it easier for smaller, independent agents to leverage its name and expertise in order to become more competitive:

“We know that many bricks-and-mortar estate agents have suffered as a result of online-only firms entering the market. The fact that some are now really struggling and making losses is bad news for the property industry, so we thought it was a good time to launch our first offer of this kind.

Dylan Mollison-Cousen, a current franchisee based in Cobham, explains his experience with Century 21 UK:
