The new Las Vegas developer franchisee will take over the operations of three existing restaurants and launch two new ones.

March 03, 2022 // Franchising.com // LAS VEGAS - The fast-casual Mexican chain Ori’Zaba’s Scratch Mexican Grill has been deeply embedded in the Las Vegas community for more than 20 years and has now announced its continuing expansion in the area through a new franchisee. The new franchisees in Las Vegas are starting with three current store locations and adding two new locations in the area during the next few years.

“Through this new partnership, we will continue to expand in the Las Vegas market which has been such a part of the fabric of our company,” explained Astute Brands, Ori’Zaba’s parent company, CEO Kori McClurg. “It brings additional employment opportunities as well helps contribute to the economic growth of the area.”

The new franchise group has deep roots in the Las Vegas Community and are well-known for having a “people first” approach to business. The team also owns and operates franchises for other restaurants as well. The franchisees bring a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the partnership.
