Twin Peaks Rolls Out Fresh New Take on Flatbreads

The ultimate sports lodge introduces four chef-inspired flatbreads made with hand-stretched dough

The new flatbreads feature chef-inspired flavors and hand-rolled dough made in-house every day. With premium topping options like in-house smoked chicken, scratch-made meatballs, spiced rum pineapple, fresh jalapeños, and marinara made with San Marzano tomatoes, Twin Peaks fans are sure to find a favorite flatbread on the menu to share with the table or enjoy for themselves.

Twin Peaks is rolling out flatbreads in four indulgent varieties, including classic Italian tastes and unique flavors sure to satisfy all taste palates. The flatbread flavor choices include:

  • Hawaii Five-O – ham, bacon, spiced rum pineapple, green onion, parsley and crushed red pepper on marinara with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and a hot honey drizzle;
  • OG Pepperoni – pepperoni, pesto, parsley, oregano and crushed red pepper on marinara with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses;
  • “The Hottie” Jalapeño Popper – house-smoked chicken, Billionaire’s Bacon, fresh jalapeños, parsley and crushed red pepper on white sauce with cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan cheeses and bacon ranch drizzle;
  • The Italian – all-beef, house-made meatballs, pepperoni, bacon, parsley, oregano, fire-roasted red peppers, crushed red pepper on marinara with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

The flatbreads were created by Twin Peaks’ culinary team after two years of research and development. They are being added to the menu and currently available in all but 11 markets systemwide.

Twin Peaks invested in new specialty ovens to help produce a soft, thin crispy crust for the flatbreads and are also used to prepare the house-made croutons, meatballs, Billionaire’s Bacon, and more. The brand plans on using these ovens to continue the expansion of Twin Peaks’ culinary offerings into 2023 and beyond.

“Flatbreads are a natural fit for sports bars and something we’ve wanted to add to our menu for some time,” said Twin Peaks Chef Alex Sadowsky. “We took our time in developing the perfect flavor profiles because we didn’t want just any flatbread, we wanted the best around! Our dough is made with 00 Flour, which is finely ground like cake or pastry flour and is considered the gold standard for pizza and flatbread crust – just like they use in Italy. The dough is hand-rolled and stretched every day; and topped off with the freshest ingredients to create these mouthwatering items that I know our guests are going to love.”

Twin Peaks’ made-from-scratch kitchen is bursting with flavors with items such as hand-smashed burgers seared to order, beer-battered chicken tenders, in-house smoked favorites and gameday shareables for the whole crew.
