The shredded beef is cooked to perfection and features a delicious smokey flavor. The Barbacoa protein was first featured on the menu in 2020, and quickly became a fan-favorite item among Bubbakoo’s Burritos lovers. Now, the Barbacoa Beef is here to stay as a permanent menu item, unlocking a whole new level of flavors and options for customers to enjoy.

The Barbacoa Beef is one of ten protein options featured on the Bubbakoo’s Burrito menu.
