SYNERGY HomeCare Announces Newest Franchise in Hurst, TX

March 01, 2023 // // Gilbert, Ariz. - SYNERGY HomeCare has a new location based in Hurst, Texas.

The company is owned and operated by Phillip Ibrahim who was originally inspired to join the homecare industry by the prospect of improving the lives of others.

Headquartered at 1244 Karla Drive Suite 208 in Hurst, the company will serve residents of Hurst as well as the neighboring communities of Arlington, Bedford, Euless and Fort Worth. SYNERGY HomeCare provides clients with a wide variety of non-medical care options, from companion care to personal care to specialized care for people with chronic health conditions or recovering from illness or surgery.

Phillip saw a growing need in his community for these services, particularly among Baby Boomers. U.S. Census statistics show that 10,000 Baby Boomers are turning 65 every day and that by 2030, there will be more than 70 million people over the age of 65. A recent AARP survey found that 75% of those 65+ report they want to remain in their current residence for as long as possible.

The core philosophy that Phillip uses to guide his team of caregivers is centered around commitment and compassion. For every client that Phillip is fortunate enough to interact with, they become his number one priority as he fully dedicates himself to being available around the clock to offer as much assistance as possible. In Phillip’s world, he’s never off-duty, as caregiving is a constant process that requires extreme attention to detail in order to carry out properly. Phillip emphasizes that every case comes with its own unique situation that requires its own unique solution.

“The idea of making a positive impact in someone’s life is what drives me to do the things I do,” says Phillip. “Seeing others overcome an illness or an obstacle that they’ve battled over time gives me a sense of fulfillment and joy that nothing else can replicate.”

With the current aging population preferring to age in place, the importance of maintaining independence is paramount. For that reason, Phillip and his team work tirelessly to provide their clients with the tools and assistance to achieve that level of autonomy throughout their older years, while also providing family members with peace of mind knowing that their loved one is being supported both physically and emotionally.

SYNERGY HomeCare focuses on multiple types of in-home care. In addition to providing older people with assistance in maintaining their independence, Phillip also wants to provide childcare, backup care and assistance to expecting families.

According to Phillip, the majority of his clients lack a local support system and need to rely on caregivers for assistance cooking, shopping, running errands, light housekeeping or going for walks. Some even require personal care such as help bathing, dressing or using the toilet.

“Distance should not keep adult children from being in tune with their aging loved ones to help them maintain their quality of life while aging in place, something that can be accomplished through local in-home care,” Phillip explained. “Not only will we fill in the gaps that adult children can’t always make time for, but we’ll also do so while respecting our clients’ dignity, as we aim to inspire a sense of hope for every person that we come into contact with.”

SYNERGY HomeCare offers competitive hourly rates in addition to flexible shifts perfect for both college students or recent graduates as well as people who are retired and looking to stay active.
