This offer is one of many monthly specials the bakery and café creates for its guests every month. From delicious Empanadas to light and flavorful Avocado Toast to freshly baked croissants, the menu offers a wide variety of French-inspired and Latin-inspired cuisines and beverages to encourage guests to try new traditional dishes that have an exciting twist. To add even more versatility to their menu and always bring guests something new to try, La Boulangerie Boul’Mich creates bi-monthly Chef’s Specials, and from this May to the end of June, guests can enjoy the Burrata Mortadella Croissant: a flattened and toasted fresh-baked croissant that’s coated in honey and topped with burrata cheese, thin slices of mortadella, arugula and pistachio crumble, and drizzled with fresh olive oil.
