Twin Peaks Prepares for Grand Opening of 100th Lodge

Greenwood, Indiana location to host celebration featuring Colts players, live DJ, games and prizes on Friday, June 2

June 02, 2023 // Franchising.com // INDIANAPOLIS - There may not be any kissing of the bricks, but the centennial celebration for Twin Peaks Restaurant’s newest location in Greenwood, IN will be a party worth remembering.

Known for its incredible access to sports, recreation and shopping, Greenwood will now forever be known as the spot for Twin Peaks’ monumental 100th lodge. In honor of this designation, the nation’s best-known sports bar will host a grand opening celebration from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, June 2, at the historic new lodge – 600 Greenwood Park North Dr., near the Greenwood Park Mall.

“Consistency is the key to success and our entire team has worked hard every single day to get us to this milestone moment,” said Twin Peaks CEO Joe Hummel. “There is no aspect that we haven’t covered in this lodge – from the number of TVs to the diverse food and drink menu – that won’t appeal to our fans. And with the Indy 500, Colts, Pacers and local college and high school teams, there’s no better spot than the Indianapolis area to have the number-one sports bar’s 100th location!”

Twin Peaks offers a wide selection of amazing draft favorites and its robust beverage menu has something for everyone. Whether you prefer enjoying a rare bourbon, whiskey or tequila poured over a crystal-clear ice ball, or a hand-crafted cocktail featuring unique and favored spirits, Twin Peaks has you covered. Equally impressive, the lodge’s made-from-scratch kitchen is bursting with flavors from items such as the hand-cut New York Strip Steak, artisan flatbreads and classic hand-smashed, searedto-order burgers.

But Twin Peaks doesn’t want you to take their word for it, so it’s inviting the Indianapolis community to the grand opening for amazing food and scenic views. The event will feature a meet-and-greet with Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Malik Turner and linebacker Segun Olubi, who will be onsite taking photos and signing autographs. Please note: Turner and Olubi will be available for media interviews from 4:15-4:30 p.m. prior to the fan engagement.

A ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Mark Myers, city and county officials, the Greenwood Area Chamber of Commerce and Twin Peaks executives will kick off the festivities at 4 p.m. The iconic Twin Peaks Girls will be available for photos and facilitate an axe throwing competition with winners awarded Twin Peaks swag and gift cards. A DJ sponsored by Red Bull will play the latest hits on the patio until 6 p.m.

The Ride with JMW from 107.5 FM The Fan will do a live remote broadcast from 3-6 p.m. and the first 100 fans in attendance will get 100th location koozies exclusive to Twin Peaks Greenwood. After the festivities, the lodge will remain open for dinner until 1 a.m.

Beginning Saturday, June 3, Twin Peaks Greenwood will serve its guests Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. This opening will mark the 2nd location in the Indianapolis area.
