Flour Power Cooking Studios Adds Vice President of Branding Strategies to Executive Team

July 10, 2023 // Franchising.com // Davidson, NC - North Carolina-based Flour Power Cooking Studios has announced the hiring of Julia Gibson as vice president of branding strategies. Gibson is an exciting new addition to Flour Power’s executive team and joins the brand at a time of great creative evolution.

Gibson embarked on her marketing and creative strategies career more than three decades ago and has continued to excel in this domain across various industries. Prior to joining Flour Power Cooking Studios, Gibson made significant contributions in her roles as creative director at boutique marketing agency, Witmer Group, and sports enterprise, Beckett Corporation. She also served as an account supervisor at Omnicom Group Inc.’s advertising agency, Integer. In this role she and her design team oversaw various impactful initiatives at 7-Eleven such as spearheading the introduction of breakfast foods, conducting extensive testing of branded products and executing a complete revamp of in-store merchandising. Gibson played a pivotal role in evolving these companies’ brand identity and marketing messages by leveraging her deep understanding of consumer behavior to create impactful initiatives that resonated with a broad customer base.

Gibson embraced her new role with a people-first mindset, aiming to emphasize the inclusive nature of Flour Power Cooking Studios, which initially attracted her to the position. The Southern Methodist University graduate will help share an experienced yet refreshed perspective on Flour Power Cooking Studios’ marketing ventures moving forward. Gibson is also helping with the rebranding of the cooking studios. The most noticeable change can be seen in the refreshed, sophisticated look and feel of the brand. The complete rebrand rollout will continue through September of this year.
