Local Business Owner Provides Full-Service Landscape Management to Property Owners in Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek and Sandy Springs

Locally owned and operated by Gary Finzer, a former-chef-turned-entrepreneur, alongside his wife, Kerri, ManageMowed’s fresh approach to providing landscaping services for businesses meets the need, speed and ease for today’s on-demand economy. Finzer is a graduate of Emory University, after which he attended the New York City French Culinary Institute and worked as a chef for 20 years in both New York and Atlanta. After starting to settle down with Kerri and their kids, Finzer decided he wanted to be able to be home with them more and began looking into franchising options before he found ManageMowed. His previous experience as a chef has given him the tools needed to manage his business, and he’s eager to start improving the community through ManageMowed’s business model.

ManageMowed manages client relationships as well as a network of local, owner-operator landscape vendors to ensure business properties and facilities are maintained without a hassle. ManageMowed offers full-service landscape maintenance including lawn, beds, shrub and tree care; site inspections and assessments; property enhancements such as storm clean up, irrigation maintenance, fertilization and other seasonal services. The business model is designed to streamline services for commercial property and facilities managers, such as self-storage businesses, gas stations, hotels, retail complexes, health care facilities, and more.
