Paul Davis Restoration is Among Top 100 Best Companies to Work for According to Florida Trend

August 02, 2023 // Franchising.com // Jacksonville, Florida - Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. has been named one of Florida’s Best Companies To Work For by Florida Trend magazine for the 4th year in a row.

One hundred companies are ranked in small, medium, and large employer categories. Paul Davis Restoration is ranked No. 11 out of 26 of Florida’s best large companies comprising of 250 or more employees.

To participate in the ranking, companies or government entities were required to employ at least 15 workers in Florida and have been in operation at least one year. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
