Wing Zone Launches New Hot Chicken and Wings Restaurant

August 04, 2023 // Franchising.com // LAS VEGAS - Wing Zone today announces the grand opening of its first Wing Zone Hot Chicken and Wings Restaurant in Las Vegas, located at 6441 N. Durango Drive.

For the first time, the new concept introduces two Nashville Hot Chicken-inspired menu items: Hot Chicken Tenders and Hot Chicken Sandwiches. The new entrées are served in four heat levels: no spicy, mild, medium, and hot. Marinating for 24 hours, then cooked to order, Wing Zone’s Hot Chicken menu items are perfectly hot and juicy, whether enjoyed in-store or to-go.

Focusing on consumer trends eating off-premise and through delivery, Wing Zone Hot Chicken and Wings prioritizes dry rub offerings, which deliver a more quality product when not eaten immediately. Innovative new dry rub options at the 3.0 concept include: Lemon Pepper Tajin, Spicy Thai, Nashville Hot and Salt and Vinegar. Elevated new wing sauce options include: Buffalo; Garlic Parm; Honey BBQ; Korean Chili; Spicy Buffalo Lemon Pepper and Zone Sauce, a blend of BBQ and Honey Mustard.

The revamped menu will also include the addition of Coleslaw, Mac & Cheese, and Tater Tots. The new Tater Tot options come in a variety of flavors that include: House Tots, Garlic Parm, and Maple Bacon.

Alongside the new menu offerings, the launch of the Wing Zone Hot Chicken and Wings concept features a vibrant new color scheme using red as the primary color with black and white as secondary colors.
