Prior to joining Voda, Sturgis served in various leadership and operations roles at ServiceMaster, Home Franchise Concepts (AdvantaClean) and spent more than a decade working in the insurance and finance space. His deep knowledge and expertise coupled with his experience successfully leading complex restoration projects (for both residential and commercial customers), will be a game-changer for Voda franchise partners.
