Originally from the bustling streets of New York City, Cassandra Germain has found her home in North Carolina for the past 23 years. With a distinguished background in academia, Cassandra holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology from North Carolina State University, where she has contributed significantly to the field of psychology. As a mother of three and a devoted college professor for over 15 years, Cassandra deeply understands the importance of fostering holistic growth in children.

Kinderdance's innovative approach to early childhood education, coupled with its emphasis on music, dance, and interactive learning, aligns seamlessly with Cassandra's personal and professional passions. Her own journey in dance, which began during her middle and high school years, has provided her with a firsthand understanding of the transformative power that creative movement can have on a child's development.
