Chem-Dry Adds to Leadership Team with the Appointment of Jeremy Burch as Business Coach

As a former franchise owner himself, Burch steps into the role eager to bring his experience and knowledge to the brand with a focus on helping drive franchisee performance and unit level profitability.

Burch began his professional career at Texas Roadhouse where he demonstrated unwavering dedication in a 15-year span. Starting as a dishwasher, he rose from the ranks to product coach then managing partner, before ultimately achieving the pinnacle of success by owning his own location. Following his time at Texas Roadhouse, Burch began working at Journal Technologies as a project manager. His extensive experience in various leadership roles and first-hand insights in franchise development naturally propelled him toward a new endeavor with Chem-Dry, where he now serves as a valuable asset to the brand’s franchise owners.

“I’ve always believed that true leadership is about being in the trenches with your team,” says Burch. “It’s about teaching, managing, and working alongside others to achieve success.
