The location, owned and operated by Bob LeBlanc, opened for business on October 14.

To welcome this new business to the state’s capital, Hounds Town Hartford is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, December 1, at noon. Local officials including Mayor Luke Bronin, and other city dignitaries will be in attendance for this exciting event.
