A network of The UPS Store locations nationwide offers customers peace of mind with the Pack & Ship Guarantee* that can provide reimbursement if the package is lost or damaged.† The UPS Store locations also have The UPS Store Certified Packing Experts® available as a resource for all packing, shipping and returning needs, including packing fragile or unusually shaped items. Customers can also choose additional services such as UPS My Choice® and UPS Access Point® delivery options to reroute their packages from home porches to The UPS Store centers to ensure their secure arrival.

Tuesday, Dec. 19 via UPS 3 Day Select® service
Wednesday, Dec. 20 via UPS 2nd Day Air® service (Dec. 21 with Saturday Delivery options)
Thursday, Dec. 21 via UPS Next Day Air® service (Dec. 22 with Saturday Delivery options)

If a gift didn’t work out quite as planned, the returns process is quick and convenient at any The UPS Store location, with many now offering a self-serve kiosk for online returns with participating retailer QR code or pre-labeled drop-off packages. Additionally, many centers offer extended holiday hours for those last-minute shoppers, and many The UPS Store locations typically have the latest UPS pickup in the area.
