More of Zaxby’s ‘Flavor-Full’ Chicken Flocks to Bradley County

November 15, 2023 // Franchising.com // ATHENS, Ga. - Zaxby's® is opening a new location in Cleveland, Tennessee at 425 Stuart Rd. NE. The new Zaxby's, owned and operated by Cleveland Foods, LLC, will open for both drive-thru and dine-in on Monday, Nov. 20.

“Cleveland has embraced our family-owned Zaxby’s with open arms for over a decade. We continue to be overwhelmed by the local support our restaurants receive and are grateful for the opportunity to deepen our commitment to this community,” said Melissa Crowe, vice president at Avants Management Group. “Together with our two other Cleveland locations, we‘ve established a long-standing partnership with Lee University collaborating annually in April to host ‘Military Appreciation Day,’ an event aimed at giving back to local Veterans. We take pride in our commitment to this community and are honored to continue serving both the people of Cleveland and our local heroes with our third location.”

The new restaurant showcases a white farmhouse-style design with a spacious dining area accommodating up to 70 guests. The restaurant features Zaxby's new cutting-edge digital menu boards and a double drive-thru layout, complete with two distinct drive-thru windows for payment and pick-up to streamline to-go service.

Zaxby's serves fresh, prepared-at-order Chicken Fingerz and wings tossed in a variety of bold and spicy sauces. The menu features the wildly popular Fried Chicken Philly limited-time offer, Zaxby's fan-favorite Fried Pickles and its most recently added LTO– Chicken Parm Loaded Fries. The new menu item starts with Zaxby’s crispy, crinkle-cut fries, topped with its signature hand-breaded chicken and parmesan cheese. The dish is then drizzled with garlic aioli and marinara sauce to give it a rich and savory flavor. The snackable delicacy is available at participating locations for a limited time only.

Serving the community for over 20 years, Cleveland Foods LLC opened its first Zaxby’s location in Cleveland, Tennessee in 2000. The new restaurant will be the franchisee’s third Zaxby's location in the area.
