At The Big Biscuit’s locations in Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma, guests can order The Big Biscuit’s limited-time signature breakfast dish, which includes two plate-sized gingerbread pancakes with creamy vanilla icing, dusted with cinnamon sugar, topped with a dollop of whipped cream and served with warm syrup.

For a next-level holiday treat, the gingerbread pancakes can be paired with a specialty drink from The Big Biscuit’s curated collection of iced coffees — including French vanilla, mocha, and salted caramel — or a warm, silky French vanilla cappuccino.
