Another Broken Egg Cafe Launches New Line of Mocktails

Another Bar Forward Innovation Elevates Beverage Lineup at Nation’s Leading Upscale Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch Restaurant Brand

January 03, 2024 // Franchising.com // ORLANDO - Another Broken Egg Cafe, the award-winning, upscale breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant, is elevating its beverage offerings by introducing three new, hand-crafted non-alcoholic mocktails, which will be available at cafes nationwide beginning January 9.

“Menu innovation is a pillar of Another Broken Egg Cafe and a key reason that our guests love and continue to frequent our cafes. With this in mind, it is important to us that we evolve with changing consumer preferences by expanding our beverage selection with a new lineup of hand-crafted, alcohol-free mocktails,” said Brandy Blackwell, vice president of marketing for the award-winning “NextGen Casual” brand. “We’re thrilled to offer guests another way to indulge in a delightful brunch experience with refreshing drinks like our Strawberry Lemonade Spritzer or Cucumber Mint Nojito. Cheers!”

Another Broken Egg Cafe’s new line of hand-crafted mocktails include:

  • Strawberry Lemonade Spritzer: Sip on this refreshing mocktail made with muddled-strawberries, fresh sour mix, strawberry purèe and sparkling water. Garnishes include a fresh strawberry and an orange slice.
  • Cucumber Mint Nojito: This creative twist on a classic mojito features cucumber, lime, fresh sour mix, agave and sparkling water. Garnishes include fresh lime, a cucumber slice and fresh mint.
  • Pineapple Berry Agua Fresca: Blending fresh fruits into one delicious mocktail, this beverage mixes pineapple juice, strawberry purèe, sparkling water and lime, and is garnished with fresh mint.

In addition to the three new mocktails, Another Broken Egg Cafe’s menu now features more variations of non-alcoholic coffees and cold brews. Alcohol-free versions of the brand’s signature spiked coffees, including the Salted Caramel Cold Brew (caramel cold brew with a salted caramel rim), Vanilla Cold Brew (vanilla cold brew with espresso and a cream topping) and the seasonal S’mores Cold Brew (chocolate cold brew and espresso with a graham cracker chocolate rim, marshmallow cream topping and graham crumbs), are available at cafes nationwide.

Another Broken Egg Cafe offers core menu items that celebrate the indulgence of the breakfast and brunch experience through the finest, high-quality ingredients, including gluten-friendly and vegetarian options. The cafes offer an enticing and modernized environment where gourmet food and beverages - including a full bar with signature cocktails, mocktails, mimosas and bloody marys - come together to create a highly memorable dining experience for all.
