Located in the Energy Corridor, the boutique firm has served Greater Houston metro area since 2015. Under the leadership of broker/owner Sam Chaudhry, the company has developed a reputation for its local market knowledge of residential and investment properties and development. 

Chaudhry has a deep financial background with multiple years as a trader with a Wall Street firm and a senior manager. He began to learn the ins and outs of real estate while working in a business development role in 2006, where he managed commercial investments on multiple asset classes. In 2009, Chaudhry devoted himself to real estate full-time and was recognized as a top-performing agent; he earned his broker’s license in 2012.
