The location is now owned and operated by husband and wife team Brad and Kari Pollock. Kari has an extensive background in management as well as customer service experience in retail and food service environments. Brad has a management background in various customer service fields, including call centers, banks, and retail. Together the Pollocks enjoy spending time with their five kids and tackling various home improvement projects.

Kari and Brad have contrasting yet complementary backgrounds and felt that now was the perfect time to go into business together. As they began looking into potential business opportunities, they wanted an established business with a trusted reputation in the industry. “That was when we discovered HOODZ, and the high level of professionalism they bring to a dirty job in a regulated industry.
