The brand is launching four Hashbrown Casserole dishes starting Wednesday, January 24, 2024. The new lineup takes all your breakfast favorites and bakes them into new ones. Available at all participating Huddle House restaurants.

The Hashbrown Casserole lineup features the following and is available for a limited time.

Hashbrown Casserole Side: Dig into Huddle House’s signature hashbrown casserole prepped in-house with the perfect combination of seasonings, shredded potatoes, cheddar cheese, chopped onions, and then baked until golden brown.
Hashbrown Casserole All the Way Side: A new twist on an old favorite! Try your hashbrowns with the Huddle House signature cheesy Hashbrown Casserole topped with a generous portion of sautéed onions, green peppers, diced ham, and tomatoes.
Sausage Bacon Hashbrown Casserole: This entrée takes the perfectly seasoned signature cheesy Hashbrown Casserole and tops it with country sausage, farm fresh scrambled eggs, Applewood smoked bacon, and sausage gravy.
Southern Fried Chicken Hashbrown Casserole: Huddle House’s signature cheesy Hashbrown Casserole is topped with crispy fried chicken, Applewood smoked bacon, farm fresh scrambled eggs, and sausage gravy to create this comforting entrée.

In addition to the Hashbrown Casserole dishes, Huddle House is layering on the sweetness with two new cakes. Enjoy its Chocolate Overload Layer Cake and Carrot Layer Cake. The Chocolate Overload Layer Cake boasts four layers of rich chocolate cake filled with a smooth milk chocolate mousse, finished in chocolate ganache, and covered in dark chocolate bark pieces. The Carrot Layer Cake is made with grated carrots, pineapple, coconut, and spicy cinnamon. Cake slices are available starting at $5.99. Prices may vary.
