January 29, 2024 // Franchising.com // WASHINGTON - DUCTZ is opening a new Washington location in Tukwila, Washington. The air duct cleaning and HVAC restoration services company is backed by BELFOR Franchise Group.

DUCTZ of Greater Seattle is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Brant and Kristen Cochran. Brant has over two decades of experience in the disaster response services field and served in the United States Air Force from 1984-1993. Kristen has a background in corporate administration and will be directly involved in facilitating all administrative needs. The Cochrans also own and operate a DUCTZ franchise in southern Illinois, DUCTZ of the Metro East, and look forward to expanding their business into the Seattle area. In their spare time, the Cochrans enjoy traveling, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
