Joshua Tree Experts Expands Its Reach with New Signing in North Carolina

February 01, 2024 // Franchising.com // CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Joshua Tree Experts is expanding its footprint in North Carolina. Husband-and-wife team Satish and Mini Kartha are the newest franchisees and will begin enhancing the landscape in the Charlotte, North Carolina metro in mid-April.

Satish and Mini Kartha are adding three units to the brand’s portfolio, servicing central and southern Charlotte. Satish joins the franchise industry with over 20 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on product development. He’s also served as the director of quality for tech startup companies. His wife, Mini, previously worked in the sales industry before shifting her focus to raising her two sons. The husband-and-wife duo is excited to begin their journey as business owners while also receiving support from a successful franchise network.

“We really wanted to build something that is ours, a business where we can pour our hearts into,” said franchisee Satish Kartha.

The Karthas have strong ties to the community; Mini actively participates in her son’s schools. She also cooks meals at her place of worship, the Gurdwara, and helps with local nonprofits. Maintaining a good work-life balance is part of what drew her to the franchise opportunity with Joshua Tree Experts.
