The Toasted Yolk Cafe Brings Boozy Brunching to Myrtle Beach

February 09, 2024 // Franchising.com // MYRTLE BEACH, SC - The Toasted Yolk Cafe, is making its highly-anticipated “Grand Strand” debut on Monday, Feb. 12.

Located at 1004 Glenforest Road, just off U.S. 501 in the Carolina Forest area, the new cafe is kicking off their grand opening by giving away free breakfast for a year to three lucky winners in line beginning at 7 a.m.

Local restaurateur Adam Thornton owns the new restaurant and will be open daily from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. The cafe will feature eleven large TVs, online check-in, a designated to-go area and hand-painted murals by a local artist throughout the restaurant.

“I am a proud local Myrtle Beach resident, and I look forward to greeting every guest that walks through my doors with this first-of-its-kind breakfast experience,” said Thornton. “We hope to see everyone on opening day to support our new restaurant and embrace the Toasted spirit.”

To celebrate the grand opening, The Toasted Yolk is contributing 10% of its opening-day sales to Beach United Football Club, a local youth sports soccer league that aims to help foster player's physical, mental and social growth. Additionally, the new restaurant will offer a “Scrub Love” discount year-round, which includes half-off drinks for medical professionals in uniform or with a valid ID on Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

The Toasted Yolk offers breakfast, brunch and lunch. With fan favorites like its famous Churro Donuts, Cowboy Scramble, West Coast Arnold and Club Sandwich, the chef-driven menu is unmatched in quality and freshness. Of course, it’s never too early to get toasted. Guests can enjoy a full bar with everything from classic mimosas, frozen Bellinis and Bloody Marys to Rise ‘N’ Shine Punch and Jackie’s Morning Rita.
