Achieve.,” was centered around the importance of human connection, embracing future opportunities, and empowering franchisee success and served as a platform to celebrate Tutor Doctor's achievements and goals for another year of success.

Franchisees had the chance to hear from guest speakers and the senior leadership team, participate in networking and round table discussions, and be recognized during an awards dinner. Keynote speakers included Dan Monaghan, Founder of WSI and Clear Summit Group (CSG); Tony Valle, Managing Partner at Clear Summit Group (CSG); and Dale Curd, Certified Executive Leadership Coach.

Under the theme of “Dream. Believe. Achieve.,” the conference delved into specific areas crucial to the Tutor Doctor franchise system.

The conference wrapped with an award dinner where franchisees were recognized for their work and commitment to the Tutor Doctor mission of changing the trajectory of students’ lives. The prestigious “Franchisee of the Year Award” recognizes the franchisee who has led the company to outstanding business success and innovation and has consistently demonstrated community commitment and support. This year, it was awarded to Veronyk Zinn and Tiffanie Cormier of Tutor Doctor Sudbury, Canada.

Presented to the franchisee who demonstrated significant service to the entire system and community, the “President’s Award” was given to Clive and Vanessa Robinson, Tutor Doctor master franchisee in South Africa. The 2023 “Rookie of the Year” was presented to Maureen Carr of Tutor Doctor Marin County, CA who has seen great success since opening her location in August 2022. Additional awards and recognitions were given out including the, “Customer Service Award,” “Hall of Fame Award,” Top Producer Award,” and the “Marketing Execution Award.”
