McKinney’s deep expertise was tapped to lead the Eggs Up Grill marketing strategy and execution, product development, consumer insights, public relations and franchise development marketing. After growing by 250 percent since 2019, Eggs Up Grill recently doubled the size of its support team to further enhance resources available to its franchise partners.

McKinney comes to Eggs Up Grill from Denny’s, where she was the senior director of marketing strategy, assisting executive leadership with the creation, development and execution of the brand’s marketing. She also worked for Moroch, where she spent 10 years working on the McDonald’s account, including acting as an account supervisor over large-scale projects for the global brand. Through highly focused and efficient execution of marketing plans, McKinney has a proven track record as a marketing innovator. She says joining Eggs Up Grill is the career move of a lifetime.
