Russo's New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen is set to open a multi-unit location in San Joaquin, Danville, Stockton, Modesto, California, in the summer of 2024. The Upscale Pizza restaurants will be owned and operated by first-time franchisees Dr. Shaukat Shah and his son Asad Shah.

The California location will be our casual pizza & Italian Restaurant footprint in a 1500- to 2000-square-foot location with an open kitchen design and a large outdoor patio, offering new Unique menu items (including Truffle Arancini, crispy fried Eggplant chips ) and Russo's signature 28-inch party pizzas (which serves up to 10 people). Serving jumbo pizza by the slice and several unique over 15 New York-style thin crust pizzas, like Prosciutto Burrata Pizza, Truffle Mushroom Pizza, Calzones, fresh made pasta, Gnocchi, Lasagna, Baked Ziti, Fettuccini Alfredo. "During our visit to Russo's location in Houston, Texas, while exploring various pizza franchise options, Russo's truly stood out among the competition. The exceptional quality of ingredients and flavors convinced us to choose Russo's for our franchise venture and to establish multiple locations in California.
