The new 3,250 square-foot location at 3246 Forest Drive in Forest Acres will also feature its renowned “Jam Bar” of custom signature jams and flavored butters, making its biscuits even more scrumptious for consumption.

During the week of April 29 and leading up to the official grand opening on May 4, Vicious Biscuit will have patrons craving for more with a variety of daily festivities:

Mon., April 29 – First 100 guests receive a FREE Vicious Biscuit coffee mug with a coffee purchase
Tues., April 30 – ALL guests will receive a $5 gift card for their next visit
Weds., May 1 – First 100 guests receive a FREE Vicious Biscuit Koozie
Thurs., May 2 – Thankful Thursday! All military, law enforcement, fire, and first responders receive a FREE entrée with a valid ID
Fri., May 3 – Official Ribbon Cutting at 11:30 a.m.
Sat., May 4 – First 100 guests receive a FREE Swag Bag and a FREE Vicious Biscuit entrée each month for an entire year (limit one per family)

A Vicious Menu

Rising from Charleston, SC, Vicious Biscuit has a menu of biscuit inventions and Southern hospitality. Its fierce flavors and imaginative combinations have garnered numerous accolades, with playfully dubbed favorites like The Vicious, The Fat Boy, Hen Solo and The Animal Farm, and shareable plates like The Sweet Puppies. These flavors coupled with Vicious Biscuit’s warm, attentive service highlight the brand’s multi-generational appeal in making brunch fun for guests of all ages.

Vicious Biscuit’s all-day menu spotlights its towering namesake: buttery, freshly baked biscuits sandwiching a bevy of indulgent twists on brunch traditions - from crispy fried chicken, candied bacon and maple sausage gravy to huevos rancheros and fried shrimp with Thai chili slaw. Guests can also pair brunch cocktails with Southern staples like shrimp and grits and jalapeno cheddar hush puppies, or lightly Vicious options like the keto bowl and oatmeal power bowl - all complemented by Vicious Biscuit’s beloved “Jam Bar” of custom fruit jams and house-made butters. Signature jams include apple pie, blueberry ghost pepper, peach, and strawberry and butters include regular, honey and sweet potato.

Guests will be served from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on weekends from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The new Columbia location will seat up to 88 patrons inside and 36 outside.
